Reportedly, a GMC Acadia operated by Joseph Brinegar of Sonora hit Solis in unclear circumstances
Sonora, Calif. – Thomas Solis, 65, of Sonora was killed in a pedestrian crash Sunday evening on Mono Way in Sonora.
According to a police report, the incident happened at around 7:55 p.m. on January 28 on Mono Way near Cordelia Avenue
Reportedly, a GMC Acadia operated by Joseph Brinegar of Sonora hit Solis in unclear circumstances.
Solis was pronounced dead at the crash site.
Brinegar sustained no injuries and stayed at the scene.
Alcohol and drugs were not suspected in the collision.
No additional information about the collision was provided.
An investigation is ongoing.
