A hatchback collided with a tanker truck just in front of the Contra Costa Fire – Station 86 and got stuck underneath the trailer

Bay Point, Calif. – At least one person was injured in a tanker truck accident that happened Friday morning in Bay Point, the California Highway Patrol said.
The wreck was reported around 6:31 a.m. on Willow Pass Road just in front of the Contra Costa Fire – Station 86.
CHP said a small hatchback collided with an empty tanker truck and got stuck underneath.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and helped at least one person who sustained minor injuries.
The tanker sustained a possibly broken tire in the crash.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
