Phoenix, Ariz. – 43-year-old Carlos Lopez-Chavez was struck ad killed by a Hit-and-Run driver Saturday evening on Cave Creek Road in Phoenix.
According to the authorities, the deadly auto-pedestrian accident happened at around 7:30 p.m. on February 3 on Cave Creek Road mid-block near Bell Road.
Lopez-Chavez was struck by a vehicle in unclear circumstances. The driver fled the scene before the officers arrived.
Lopez-Chavez was pronounced dead at the crash site.
