Seattle, Wash. – A 61-year-old man was killed and another hospitalized after a multi-vehicle collision involving an ambulance on Boren Avenue in Seattle Wednesday morning.

According to the Washington State Police, the collision happened on Boren Avenue and James Street.

Per the report, a Toyota Prius was T-boned by a second vehicle in unclear circumstances trapping the 61-year-old man. After the initial wreck an ambulance was also involved in the crash.

The unidentified man was pronounced dead at the crash site.

The driver of the second driver was transported to a hospital for treatment of the injuries sustained.

All the parties in the ambulance were not injured.
