Two vehicles collided Saturday afternoon near Cedar Pass Snow Park
Modoc County, Calif. – Authorities are investigating a major injury accident that happened Saturday afternoon on a highway in Alturas.
The California Highway Patrol said the wreck occurred around 3:03 p.m. on State Route 299 near Cedar Pass Snow Park.
Two vehicles were involved in the accident.
Modoc County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and found at least one person with major injuries.
Firefighters and paramedics transported the victim to the hospital for treatment.
No other details were available.
