Two vehicles collided Saturday afternoon near Elliot Avenue and N Gurr Road
Atwater, Calif. – At least one person sustained major injuries in a traffic collision that took place Saturday afternoon in Atwater, the California Highway Patrol said.
Two vehicles collided around 12:32 p.m. on Elliott Avenue, just west of N Gurr Road.
First responders found a Chevrolet HHR and another car at the scene.
At least one person was taken to the hospital with major injuries.
Westbound Elliot Avenue was shut down following the collision.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
