Three vehicles collided Sunday afternoon in the northbound lanes of the freeway near Winchester Road
Temecula, Calif. – One person was injured in a traffic collision that happened Sunday afternoon on 15 Freeway in Temecula, authorities said.
According to the California Highway Patrol, three vehicles collided just before 2 p.m. in the northbound lanes of the freeway near Winchester Road.
First responders found a gray 2022 Dodge Challenger, a silver Jeep Grand Cherokee, and a third vehicle.
Airbags in the Dodge deployed and hit the driver. The motorist said they could not feel their head and neck.
Paramedics helped one person who sustained minor injuries in the accident.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
