Tillamook County, Ore. – Devin Jay Eberle, 29, of Tumwater (WA), and passenger, Berkley Marie Erosky, 26, of Vancouver (WA), were killed in Tillamook County head-on crash Monday afternoon.
The Oregon State Police responded to the collision at around 2:42 p.m. on February 12 on Highway 101 near milepost 146.

Eberle and Erosky were pronounced dead at the crash site. Olson and passenger, David Paul Olson, 78, of Tacoma (WA), were hospitalized with serious injuries.
Investigators said speed and unlawful passing are considered primary contributing factors in the crash.
