One person was hospitalized after a multi-vehicle collision on Highway 101 near Cesar Chavez Street
San Francisco, Calif. – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a collision on Friday afternoon in San Francisco.
The collision happened on northbound Highway 101 near Cesar Chavez Street at around noon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The officers who responded to the incident recovered four vehicles at the scene of the accident. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately established.
One person was injured in the accident and was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
