Charles E. Preisch was driving a westbound 2014 Toyota Prius that was stopped on the side of the road when for unknown reasons he pulled out into the path of a westbound 2017 Toyota Prius

Concordia, Ore. – Charles E. Preisch, 74, of Portland was killed in a two-vehicle collision on Northeast Lombard Street in Portland last month.
According to a police report, the wreck happened at around 3:13 p.m. on January 26 on Northeast Lombard Street and Northeast Bryant Street.
The preliminary investigation revealed that Preisch was driving a westbound 2014 Toyota Prius that was stopped on the side of the road when for unknown reasons he pulled out into the path of a westbound 2017 Toyota Prius.
Preisch was transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, where he later died on January 29.
The other driver was not injured.
No additional information about the collision was provided.
