Mar Vista, Calif. – Two people were injured in a collision involving a motorcycle police officer near Mar Vista on Tuesday evening, the California Highway Patrol said.
The incident happened on the 405 Freeway near Palms Boulevard at about 6:30 p.m. February 20.
The CHP said an SUV, a compact car, and the officer's motorcycle were involved in the crash.
At least two people were transported to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation by the CHP.
