The CHP said a 64-year-old Marysville man was driving a Meridian Elementary School District bus northbound on South Tarke Road when he attempted to make a left turn onto westbound Highway 20 and collided with an eastbound 2014 Ford Fusion

Sutter County, Calif. – Two students and am adult were injured when a vehicle collided with a school bus at an intersection in Sutter County on Thursday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The wreck occurred on Highway 20 and South Tarke Road at about 7:30 a.m. February 22.
The CHP said a 64-year-old Marysville man was driving a Meridian Elementary School District bus northbound on South Tarke Road when he attempted to make a left turn onto westbound Highway 20 and collided with an eastbound 2014 Ford Fusion.
A 14-year-old boy and an 11-year-old girl on the bus were transported to Adventist Health and Rideout Hospital in Marysville with complaints of pain.
The driver of the Ford also complained of pain and was also taken to the hospital.
CHP said the vehicles collided amid heavy fog conditions.
The crash is under investigation.
