Butte County, Calif. – A woman was killed, Dakotah O'Reily and Richard Overturf were injured in car crash in Butte County early Saturday morning.
The CHP responded to the collision at around 4 a.m. near Kusel Road and Custer Lane.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash and one of the car driven by O'Reily left the scene before officers arrived.
The police found a woman dead inside her vehicle.
O'Reily and Overturf were located at the hospital with injuries after they flee the crash site.
O'Reily was arrested for vehicular manslaughter and for fleeing the scene of a fatal accident.
The identity of the deceased was withheld pending notification of the next of kin.
