One person was hospitalized after a multi-vehicle collision on the 15 Freeway near Highway 56 in San Diego

San Diego, Calif. – At least one person was injured in a multi-vehicle collision on Monday morning in San Diego.
The 6:42 a.m. collision happened on the Interstate 15 Freeway near Highway 56, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Four vehicles were recovered at the scene of the accident. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately determined.
One person was injured in the accident and was taken to an area hospital in unknown condition.
