Reseda, Calif.- The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner has identified the man killed in a multi-vehicle crash in Reseda Sunday morning as Francisco Velasco-Marcos, 32, of Reseda.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, Francisco was driving a yellow Chevrolet Camaro at a high rate of speed alongside a white Dodge Charger, driven by Nicolas Velasco Marcos, eastbound on Vanowen approaching Chimineas Avenue.
Nicolas changed lanes and collided with Francisco's Chevrolet, causing both vehicles to lose control and collide with multiple vehicles, according to the LAPD officials.
Francisco died in the crash.
Nicholas sustained minor injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment before being booked at the Van Nuys Jail for suspicion of murder with bail set at $2 million.

The incident took place on 18153 W. Vanowen Street at about 11:18 a.m. February 25.
At least four vehicles were involved in the collision with parked vehicles. A Dodge reportedly changed lanes and collided with a Chevrolet.
