El Cajon, Calif.- At least one person was injured in a collision that took place in El Cajon on Tuesday morning, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.

The incident occurred on State Route 94 near Campo Road at about 6:16 a.m.

A white Chevy Silverado and another vehicle were involved in the collision.

One party was taken to Sharp Grossmont with minor injuries following the accident.
