Mesa, Ariz. – A driver was killed in a multi-vehicle collision at an intersection in Mesa Saturday morning.
Authorities responded to a call regarding a deadly wreck at Gilbert Road and Southern Avenue at around 5:40 a.m.
Reportedly, an eastbound car on Southern Avenue crossed the center line for unknown reasons and collided with a Valley Metro bus. The car then spun into a truck.
The driver's car was pronounced dead at the scene.
