Police said the boy was walking across El Cajon Boulevard when he was hit by a white Toyota Corolla
San Diego, Calif. – A 14-year-old boy was hit and injured by a vehicle in San Diego on Tuesday night in the College Area neighborhood, according to the San Diego Police Department.
The crash took place in the 7100 block of El Cajon Boulevard just before 10:20 p.m. March 11.
Police said the boy was walking across El Cajon Boulevard when he was hit by a white Toyota Corolla.
The boy was taken to Rady Children's Hospital with serious injuries.
The driver, a 24-year-old, stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
The investigation is ongoing.
