San Jose, Calif. – A pedestrian was struck and killed Friday night on Interstate 280 in San Jose, According to the California Highway Patrol.
The police responded to the deadly auto-pedestrian crash at around on the southbound 280 Freeway at Bird Avenue on-ramp.
A BMW was reported to have hit a male pedestrian on the freeway in unclear circumstances.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
