Huntington Beach, Calif. – A 57-year-old Huntington Beach woman was killed in a pedestrian crash Monday morning at an intersection in Huntington Beach.
According to the authorities, the deadly auto-pedestrian crash happened at around 6:30 at Heil Avenue and Bradbury Lane.
A 2014 Mazda 6 driven by 61-year-old Huntington Beach man was travelling westbound on Heil Avenue when it struck a female pedestrian, who was not in the crosswalk. The victim was tending to ducks when she was hit.
The woman, whose name was not pronounced died at the scene. The driver stayed at the crash site and cooperated with the officers.
More details regarding the mishap was not provided.
