A vehicle had stopped in the No. 1 lane for unknown reasons when another vehicle crashed into it
Rocklin, Calif. – At least one person was injured in a two-vehicle crash on Monday morning in Rocklin.
The collision was reported around 5:30 a.m. on Interstate 80 near the Rocklin Road off-ramp, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A vehicle had stopped in the No. 1 lane for unknown reasons when another vehicle crashed into it.
The impact of the crash caused the stopped car to overturn on the center divider.
CHP says major injuries were reported following the crash.
More details about the crash were not released.
The collision remains under investigation.
