Pedestrian Killed in Crash on Highway 94 and Euclid Avenue in San Diego

, Calif. – Authorities are investigating deadly pedestrian crash on State Route 94 in San Diego Monday evening.

The California Highway Patrol responded to the deadly-auto pedestrian crash on Highway 94 near Euclid Avenue at around 7:11 p.m.

Responding officers arrived at the scene and found a pedestrian being hit by a vehicle and was lying dead on the roadway.

The identity of the deceased was not immediately disclosed. The driver involved stayed at the scene and was cooperating with the officers.

The police said a different single vehicle collision happened in the same area at the same time, causing minor injuries.
