Diego Cardoso de Oliveira Among Pedestrians Killed in San Francisco Crash on Ulloa Street and Lennox Way

San Francisco, Calif. – Diego Cardoso de Oliveira, 40, was among the three people who died in a crash at a stop in the West Portal neighborhood of San Francisco on Saturday afternoon, according to the authorities.

The incident took place at Ulloa Street and Lennox Way at about 12:13 p.m. March 16.

According to the San Francisco Police Department, Mary Fong Lau, 78, was driving a white SUV eastbound on Ulloa Street when she slammed into the San Francisco Muni bus stop at the intersection of Lennox Way.

Several pedestrians at the bus stop were hit by the SUV.

Cardoso de Oliveira was among the three people who died following the accident.

Fong Lau was arrested and booked on charges of vehicular manslaughter, reckless driving causing injury, driving at an unsafe speed, among other charges.

The incident is under investigation.
