Police said a 2005 Ford Mustang was rear-ended by a Redding Electrical Utility bucket-style truck and the Ford was pushed into the path of a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox

Redding, Calif.- A woman was injured in a collision at an intersection in Redding on Tuesday evening, according to the Redding Police Department.
The collision took place at Rancho Road and Sheena Lane at about 4 p.m. March 19.
Police said a 2005 Ford Mustang was rear-ended by a Redding Electrical Utility bucket-style truck and the Ford was pushed into the path of a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox.
The driver of the Mustang, a 69-year-Old Redding woman, was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Other parties involved in the collision were treated for minor injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
