Snohomish County, Wash. – A 32-year-old motorcycle rider was killed in a crash on State Route 2 in Snohomish County Sunday night.
The Washington State Police responded to the deadly traffic collision on Highway 2 at Home Acres Road at around 10 p.m. on March 17.
Investigators said the motorcyclist was traveling eastbound when he merged into the center lane, hit a car and was ejected. The rider was then hit by a second vehicle.
The biker was pronounced dead at the scene. The name of the deceased was upheld pending notification of the next of kin.
Both drivers were not injured and stayed at the crash site and cooperated with the officers.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
