Los Angeles, Calif. – A 32-year-old man died Monday morning after he was trapped beneath a forklift at the Port of Los Angeles, according to a police report.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the incident happened at about 10:40 a.m. on March 18 at Berth 270 on Terminal Island.
The victim was identified by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner's Office as 32-year-old Bohdan Salmanov.
