Lakewood, Calif. – 34-year-old Eloy Casillas of Tacoma has been identified as victim killed on 5 Freeway in Tacoma Tuesday evening.
Casillas died in a traffic collision that happened at around 5:16 p.m. on Interstate 5 near 47th Avenue and Bridgeport Way Southwest.

The police said Kent man will possibly face charges.

Lakewood, Wash. – One person was killed while two others were hurt in a multi-vehicle collision in Lakewood on Tuesday evening, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The incident took place on I-5 at Bridgeport Way at around 5:16 p.m. March 19.
WSP said a driver traveling northbound on I-5 failed to slow down for stopped traffic and slammed into the back of the first stopped car. This caused a chain-reaction involving four other vehicles that were stopped ahead.
The driver of the first rear-ended car, identified as a 34-year-old Tacoma man, died at the scene.
Two other drivers in the other vehicles in front were taken to Tacoma General Hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The crash caused a partial shut down of the interstate for nearly five hours as authorities investigated the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
