Palm Springs, Calif. – A motorcyclist was killed in a collision in Palm Springs on Wednesday night, according to the Palm Springs Police Department.
The wreck occurred on East Amado Road at around 9:22 p.m. March 20.
A small sports utility vehicle was involved in the collision with the motorcyclist.
The motorcyclist, whose name was not immediately released, was killed in the incident.
The crash caused the closure of East Amado Road between N. Avenida Caballeros and N. Sunrise Way for several hours.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
