Reportedly, a 27-year-old man was driving an eastbound 2022 Tesla on County 16th Street at a high rate of speed when he failed to stop at the stop sign at Avenue 3E, causing collision with a southbound 2006 Toyota Scion on Avenue 3E.
Yuma County, Ariz. – A 29-year-old man was killed in a two-vehicle collision near an intersection in Yuma County early Friday morning.
According to the Yuma Police Department, the wreck happened at East County 16th Street and South Avenue 3E.
Reportedly, a 27-year-old man was driving an eastbound 2022 Tesla on East County 16th Street at a high rate of speed when he failed to stop at the stop sign at Avenue 3E, causing collision with a southbound 2006 Toyota Scion on Avenue 3E.
The 29-year-old man driving the Toyota and was ejected from his vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other male driver was extricated from his vehicle and was rushed to Yuma Regional Medical Center with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
