Cajon Pass, CA. – Four people were injured in a car crash near Cajon Pass in San Bernardino on Tuesday morning.
The collision happened around 7:07 a.m. on Interstate 15 Freeway near the Kenwood Avenue exit, according to the San Bernardino County Fire Department.
A red pickup truck was traveling on the freeway when it crashed into a white Chevrolet HHR SUV with a small trailer that was stopped on the right shoulder.
One person was standing outside the SUV and was struck by the pickup truck.
Four people were injured in the accident and were transported to an area hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
