Talk to a Motorcycle Accident Lawyer

Were you injured in a motorcycle accident? Motorcycle crashes are often serious, and can result in life-altering injuries to the rider. Unlike the occupants of a car, a motorcyclist does not have protection from airbags or a metallic vehicle body. As a result, a rider can suffer serious injuries in a crash, such as spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, whiplash, severe cuts, bone fractures, and muscle damage.

After a motorcycle accident, the rider should seek immediate medical help no matter how minor the injuries appear to prevent them from worsening.

The victim should then start to pursue their rights as a motorcycle accident victim as soon as possible. California is a comparative fault state, meaning a motorcyclist can still receive compensation for their damages even if they were partly responsible for the accident.
