Glendora, CA. – Authorities have identified Cynthia Dudley, 66, of Azusa as woman killed in a rear-end collision at an intersection in Glendora Sunday afternoon.
According to the reports, the traffic collision happened at around 3 p.m. March 31 at Foothill Boulevard and Pennsylvania Avenue.
Reportedly, Dudley was driving a sedan when for unknown reasons she rear-ended a second vehicle before veering off the road and crashing into a tree.
Dudley was pronounced dead at the scene.

Glendora, CA – A woman was killed in a car collision in Glendora on Sunday afternoon, according to the Glendora Police Department.
The wreck took place at Foothill Boulevard and Pennsylvania Avenue at about 3 p.m. March 31.
Police said the woman was driving a sedan in the area when it was rear-ended by another vehicle.
The sedan then went off the roadway and crashed into a tree.
The driver of the sedan was killed in the accident.
No other injuries were reported.
The crash led to the closure of the intersection for hours as authorities investigated the wreck.
The investigation is ongoing.
