Three vehicles collided in the westbound lanes near the Madison Avenue off-ramp.
Sacramento, CA – Minor injuries were reported in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Wednesday morning on Interstate 80 in Sacramento.
The California Highway Patrol said the collision took place around 7:33 a.m. in the westbound lanes of the interstate just east of the Madison Avenue off-ramp.
A van and two sedans were involved in the accident.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and evaluated the motorists.
At least one person was treated for minor injuries. It was unclear if the patient was hospitalized.
CHP officers are investigating the accident.
