Multiple vehicles collided in the eastbound lanes of the freeway just east of the Holt Avenue off-ramp.
West Covina, CA – Four people were hospitalized after a multi-vehicle collision that happened Wednesday evening on a freeway in West Covina, the California Highway Patrol said.
The collision took place at about 8:05 p.m. on the eastbound 10 Freeway, just east of the Holt Avenue off-ramp.
CHP said three vehicles, including a box truck, were involved in the collision.
Police officers and other emergency personnel responded and closed the Nos. 2, 3, 4, and 5 lanes.
Four people were taken to Pomona Valley Hospital with unspecified injuries.
CHP officers are investigating the cause of the accident.
