A motorcycle collided with a car Saturday morning on the Bird Avenue on-ramp to the northbound Interstate 280.

San Jose, CA – A motorcyclist was hospitalized after colliding with a car Saturday morning on a freeway on-ramp in San Jose, the California Highway Patrol said.
The collision occurred around 6:50 a.m. on the Bird Avenue on-ramp to the northbound Interstate 280.
A Harley-Davidson cruiser bike collided with an SUV for an unknown reason.
San Jose firefighters responded to the scene and transported the rider to the hospital with minor injuries.
The cause of the accident was not immediately determined.
