Perris CA – The Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner has identified a bicyclist who was killed in a crash with a vehicle Saturday evening in Perris as Jaime Gutierrez, 35, of Perris.
According to the CHP, Gutierrez was hit by a Toyota Tacoma pickup truck at about 5:10 p.m. on Saturday, April 6 on Highway 74 near Margarth Street.
Gutierrez was pronounced dead at about 5:24 p.m. at the scene of the crash.

Perris, CA. – A bicycle rider was fatally injured in a traffic collision on State Route 74 in Perrs Saturday evening.
Authorities said the wreck was reported at around 5:13 p.m. on Highway 74 and Taylor Street.
A vehicle struck a bicyclist on the highway for unknown reasons.
The cyclist was pronounced dead at the crash site.
More details regarding the wreck were not provided.
An investigation is ongoing.
