One person died at the accident scene while another succumbed to injuries at the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas.
San Bernardino, CA. – Authorities have identified two people who died in a car crash on Friday afternoon in Phelan.
The double fatal crash happened around 1:06 p.m. on the northbound 15 Freeway near the Baker Boulevard exit, just past the town of Baker.
Daniel and Jackie Meredith were traveling in the white Dodge Ram pickup truck that crashed into the rear of a white/silver tour bus.
Authorities say one person died at the accident scene while another succumbed to injuries at the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas.
The couple owned the Daniel Meredith Plumbing & Septic in Phelan.
