Pinal County, Ariz. – Authorities are investigating a wrong-way collision on Interstate 8 in Pinal County late Sunday night.
According to a police report, the traffic collision happened at around 11:42 p.m. on the westbound 8 Freeway near State Route 84.
Reports indicated that one of the vehicles was driving the wrong way causing the collision with a second vehicle.
One person was seriously injured in the wreck.
