The auto-pedestrian crash happened at around 9:45 p.m. on April 5 near 27th Avenue and Indian Canyon Road.
The male pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and the suspect fled the crash site before the police arrived.
The man was rushed to a hospital with severe injuries.
