A southbound Chrysler 300, driven by Warren was stopped for an ODOT flagger when a Toyota Matrix, operated by Elaine Vicky Rosinbaum, 55, of Coos Bay, crashed into the rear of the Chrysler

Curry County, Ore. – Warren David Laville, 75, of Gold Beach was killed in a rear-end collision on Highway 101 in Curry County last month.
The police responded to the accident at around 10:06 a.m. on March 25 on State Route 101.
A southbound Chrysler 300, operated by Warren was stopped for an ODOT flagger when a Toyota Matrix, operated by Elaine Vicky Rosinbaum, 55, of Coos Bay, crashed into the rear of the Chrysler.
Warren Laville was rushed to a hospital, where he later died.
A passenger in the Chrysler, Mary Louise Laville, 74, of Gold Beach, and Rosinbaum were transported to a local hospital for evaluation.
An investigation is ongoing.
