The bus reportedly collided with a white Nissan at the intersection of 7th Street on Figueroa Street
Los Angeles, CA – Several inmates were injured in a collision involving a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department bus on Tuesday evening in downtown Los Angeles, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The wreck took place in the 600 block of South Figueroa Street at around 6:35 p.m. April 16.
The bus reportedly collided with a white Nissan at the intersection of 7th Street.
Nine inmates were hospitalized with minor injuries.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
