Grass Valley, CA. – An 82-year-old Smartsville man died in a two-vehicle collision on Highway 20 in Grass Valley Wednesday afternoon.
According to the CHP, the incident happened at about 1:25 p.m. on State Route 20 at Penn Valley Drive.

CHP says the male driver of the Dodge was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and was pronounced dead after getting to the hospital around 2 p.m.
The girl was not injured.
The name of the deceased was not disclosed.
