A black Mercedes-Benz reportedly ran a red light and collided with a semi-truck near Meadowbrook Avenue.
Perris, CA – One person was hospitalized after a big rig accident that happened Saturday evening near Perris, the California Highway Patrol said.
The wreck occurred around 6:47 p.m. on eastbound State Route 74 near Meadowbrook Avenue.
Reportedly, a black Mercedes-Benz ran a red light and collided with a white and maroon semi-truck.
Both drivers stopped on the right shoulder after the accident.
Emergency personnel responded and transported one person to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
No other details were given but authorities are investigating the crash.
