San Bernardino, CA. – Authorities have identified the person killed in a traffic collision on Interstate 40 in San Bernardino about two weeks ago.
Rhiannon Sullivan, 29, of Bullhead, AZ was involved in a collision that happened at around 4:15 a.m. on April 10 on the 40 Freeway near Park Road.
A semi-truck and a four-door sedan collided on the freeway in unclear circumstances.
Sullivan was pronounced dead shortly after the wreck.

San Bernardino, CA. – One person was killed in a collision involving a semi-truck early Wednesday morning near Needles in San Bernardino.
At around 4:15 a.m., the California Highway Patrol responded to reports of a car accident on the 40 Freeway near Park Road.
A semi-truck and a four-door sedan were involved in the early morning accident.
Authorities say one person was killed in the accident.
The name of the deceased person was not immediately disclosed.
