Corvallis, OR. – Authorities have identified Deborah Rosemary Haikkila,29, of Albany as a woman killed in a hit-and-run crash on Highway 20 in Corvallis Wednesday afternoon.
The incident happened on State Route 20 and Hyak Park at around 3 p.m. on April 24, police said.
Haikkila was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver in unclear circumstances.

Corvallis, OR. – A 29-year-old woman was struck and killed in a hit-and-run accident Wednesday afternoon on Highway 20 in Corvallis.
According to the Benton County Sheriff's Office, the wreck was reported at around 3 p.m. on April 24 on State Route 20 and Hyak Park.
Investigators said possibly a late model black Toyota Corolla Cross struck the woman crossing the street in unclear circumstances.
The woman, whose name was not released, died at the crash site.
The suspect is at large.
An investigation is underway.
