Barstow, CA. – A motorcyclist was hospitalized after colliding with a vehicle on Friday evening in Barstow.
The accident was reported around 5:06 p.m. on the northbound Interstate 15, near the Midway Rest Area, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The officers who responded to the incident say a motorcycle collided with a semi-tanker trailer on the freeway in unclear circumstances.
CHP officers and firefighters from the San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the incident and found the rider down on the roadway.
The rider was airlifted to Antelope Medical Center for treatment in unknown condition.
More details about the accident were not released.
