San Diego, CA. – A passenger was seriously injured in a two-car accident that happened in the San Ysidro neighborhood of San Diego early Saturday morning.
The accident was reported around 3:50 a.m. in the 1800 block of Howard Avenue, according to the San Diego Police Department.
A 22-year-old driver was driving a car northbound on Howard Avenue when he collided with a Toyota 4Runner driven by a 49-year-old man.
A passenger in the Toyota suffered major injuries including a fractured thoracic vertebrae and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
