One person injured in multi-vehicle collision on 5 Freeway near 28th Street in San Diego
San Diego, CA. – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a car accident on Friday morning in San Diego.
The collision was reported around 6:54 a.m. on the northbound 5 Freeway near 28th Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Three cars and a motorcycle were involved in the accident. The events leading up to the accident, however, were not immediately established.
One person sustained moderate in the collision and was transported to UC San Diego Medical Center.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
