San Diego, CA. – A pedestrian died after being struck by a car on Thursday night in the Colina Del Sol neighborhood of San Diego.
The fatal pedestrian accident happened around 9:10 p.m. at 50th Street and El Cajon Boulevard, according to the San Diego Police Department.
The 44-year-old man was walking in the area and was struck by a car driven by a 20-year-old man.
The pedestrian suffered major injuries and was transported to Scripps Mercy Hospital where he died while receiving treatment.
