Contra Costa County, CA – Injuries were reported in a traffic collision in Contra Costa County on Sunday night, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision took place at SR 242 and I-280 at about 11:51 p.m. May 5.
According to the CHP, a gray SUV and a white Toyota Prius were involved.
The SUV reportedly overturned following the accident.
One person was taken to Kaiser Walnut Creek with minor injuries.
Lanes were blocked in the area as authorities worked to clear the scene.
The CHP is investigating the incident.
